The World Bank has approved two loans and a grant totalling US$335 million for two projects in China. The Xinhua news agency said the first loan of $63 million and a grant of $22 million from the Global Environment Facility was for China's Energy Conservation Project. The other loan worth $250 million was for the China Jiangsu Power Transmission Project.
