Henderson Land Development will release another 380 units at La Cite Noble in Tseung Kwan O, raising the units on sale to 1,198.
The average price for the additional units is $4,612 per square foot for cash payment - up 15 per cent from the $4,028 per sq ft in the first batch of 218 units.
While the seven-day registration for prospective buyers of La Cite Noble will end today, a Henderson spokesman said it had received a satisfactory response.
The 1,198 units - measuring 525 sq ft to 884 sq ft - are being released in four batches and will go on sale on Friday.
Henderson also provides a range of sweeteners for La Cite Noble buyers including a second mortgage of up to 20 per cent on top of the banks' 70 per cent mortgage, a decoration cash coupon of up to $80,000 and the waiving of legal fees.
