Indonesia's Ministry of Transport is to merge the country's three state shipping lines and its four port management companies, official news agency Antara reports. National operator Djakarta Lloyd, passenger/general cargo operator Pelni (Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia) and bulk operator Bahtera Adhiguna will merge into one national shipping company. State-run port corporations PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, II, III and IV are also to be merged, either into one or two entities.
