Forgery claim

Shopkeeper Tsoi Lung-on, 29, appeared in court accused of intending to pervert the course of justice by making false bribery complaints against an Urban Services Department officer, and of forging a letter in the officer's name. No pleas were taken and the case was adjourned to July 15.
