Millennium buy

Millennium Group says it had completed the acquisition of a 75 per cent interest in Worldwide Golden Leaf from Yanuar Jeong. The acquisition, which was satisfied by the issue of 800 million new shares to Yanuar Jeong, effectively made him the group's largest single shareholder with an aggregate of 942.81 million shares or 34.3 per cent of the group's issued capital.
