A former clerk at Pacific Link Communications, 27-year-old Fung Shui-mei, is said to have conspired with a Hongkong Telecom supervisor to accept bribes, Eastern Court heard yesterday. Fung is accused of twice conspiring with supervisor Tsim Tak-lam - between mid 1995 and August 1996 and August 1996 and February 1998 - to accept bribes in return for leaking confidential data of Hongkong Telecom subscribers. No plea was taken and the case was adjourned until May 21.
