Jumpin Gym in Whampoa deal

Hutchison Whampoa Properties said yesterday Jumpin Gym USA had agreed to lease more than 30,000 square feet of retail space in the Whampoa Garden, Hunghom. Jumpin Gym, a big operator of family entertainment centres in Hong Kong, signed a nine-year lease agreement in Whampoa Garden's shopping arcade Wonderful Worlds of Whampoa, which accommodates more than 1.4 million square feet of retail space. Hutchison yesterday did not disclose the rents offered for Jumpin Gym.
