McDonald's, MTR quality impresses

The Hong Kong Management Association has chosen the MTRC and McDonald's Restaurants (Hong Kong) - as this year's Quality Awards winners.

The association's board of examiners said it was 'impressed by MTRC's mission to become the world's most customer-oriented urban railway'.

McDonald's was recognised for the commitment of its management in providing total quality management through service, cleanliness and value and extensive staff training.
