SO here it is. The world's biggest samosa, prepared yesterday by chefs at the Koh-i-Noor in Tsim Sha Tsui. The spicy, though not exactly bite-size, delicacy was cooked up to announce a series of cookery classes at the restaurant including instruction on making, would you guess, samosas. Following our appeal to readers to suggest what we could do with the giant snack, which was offered to Keeping Posted, we are following the advice of Margaret Dunn. Ms Dunn proposed we gave it to Bradbury Junior School where P4 pupils have been hard at work in the past weeks preparing for their Dream Maker concert tonight. It's all yours, kids.
