The Airport Authority has short-listed Henderson Land and Sun Hung Kai Properties to build a 45,000 square foot mini-mall at Chek Lap Kok airport. The mall would be located at the southern commercial development zone and would service about 20,000 workers once the new airport is open for business, authority officials said yesterday. The authority said it had received 12 expressions of interest from local developers. The neighbourhood-type mall will cost about $100 million to build. It will include 400 car parking spaces.
