Flushed with the success of his re-election to the Legislative Council, Ronald Arculli (above) took a breather in Phuket for a couple of days recently to relax and recharge his batteries.
And what about his summer vacation? 'Well, summer is up in the air. I don't have the legislative timetable yet and there may be a recess in August, but I don't know.' Ronald says his family will make plans without him for summer. Whether he falls in line with them or not depends on his work schedule. But in January next year, he will definitely take time off. The reason? He will celebrate his 60th birthday, a major landmark in his life.
'I probably really should start behaving my age,' he says.
And how should a 60-year-old behave? 'A little more sombre and serious, which I definitely am not.'
