Burlingame purchase

Burlingame International says wholly owned subsidiary Ultra Sure Investments will spend $352.8 million on commercial and residential units in Shanghai property Highness Garden. The purchase from an independent third party also includes the operation of a clubhouse as well as an 85 per cent stake in a property management firm, which handles Highness Garden.
