SFC appointment

Sun Hung Kai Properties group vice-chairman and managing director Raymond Kwok Ping-luen has been appointed a non-executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission. His three-year term starts from August 1. He replaces Hang Lung Development chairman Ronnie Chan Chi-chung, who will retire from his SFC post on July 31.
