An anorexic woman with a string of convictions for shoplifting food was remanded to Siu Lam psychiatric centre before sentencing. To Yee-kuen, 38, pleaded guilty after she was caught stealing fruit worth $219 from Park'N Shop in Times Square on May 19. It is her 13th theft conviction.
