The Lands Department issued pre-sale consent for eight residential projects involving 5,913 units last month, with 14 applications for a combined 12,426 flats pending approval.
Among the projects granted consent were Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) 1,744-unit The Castello in Sha Tin, Cheung Kong (Holdings') 2,026-unit Tierra Verde on Tsing Yi Island and 1,614 units at Nan Fung Development's Nan Fung Plaza in Tseung Kwan O.
SHKP also secured consent to pre-sell its 235-unit Waterfront South in Aberdeen and 68-unit Chateau Royale in Tai Po.
Henderson Land Development received the consent for its 50-unit Gracedale in Happy Valley.
Swire Properties has submitted applications for pre-sale consent of its 329-unit residential block in Star Street, Wan Chai.
SHKP is also seeking consent for a 1,034-unit project in Ngau Chi Wan.
