Being attentive and consistent helped two students pass the Advanced-Level Examination with flying colours. Kong Kar-yan and Agnes Tse Man-yan, both 19, from St Mary's Canossian College, achieved grade A in all their six subjects. 'It sounds a cliche, but you simply can't revise the backlog of textbooks just days before the exam; you have to do it right from the start,' Ms Tse said. The duo were among four students who got six As. The other two are students at the Diocesan Boys' School and St Paul's Co-Educational College. Ms Kong, who did Liberal Studies, Computer Application, Economics and Psychology, has applied to study Law at the University of Hong Kong but is seeking a scholarship in Britain. Ms Tse, who studied History, Mathematics and Statistics among other language subjects, has yet to decide on the next step. 'I've secured a scholarship from the University of Toronto to study economics, but I'm yet to make up my mind,' she said.
