Head teachers feel Government botching plans for improvement

Head teachers feel the Government is botching its plans to improve education, a survey revealed yesterday.

While more than 90 per cent of head teachers polled agreed with the way education policy is heading, most felt proposals went awry when implemented. These include full-day primary education, mother-tongue teaching, promoting information technology and improving the school environment.
