Anson Chan's brother ordered to pay $8,800

The lawyer brother of Chief Secretary for Administration Anson Chan Fang On-sang was ordered to pay $8,800 over claims of outstanding management and maintenance fees for his flat.

Solicitor John Fang Meng-sang, 57, who did not appear at the Small Claims Tribunal, has to pay charges and costs to the owners' incorporation of the Wah Tak Building, Yau Ma Tei.
