Cheung Kong (Holdings) signed on 3,372 applicants for flats in the second phase of Tierra Verde in Tsing Yi during its three-day registration this week.
The figure is about half the 6,686 applications registered for phase one flats in the project at the end of May.
Cheung Kong sold more than 1,400 units on the first sale day in May. The company said it would release further flats in addition to the 1,076 offered.
It was the third time this week Cheung Kong had offered extra units in the project. The number of extra flats to be offered would be announced later.
Executive director Katherine Hung Siu-lin said she was satisfied with the result.
She believed Tierra Verde would see an outstanding sale result on Sunday.
Ms Hung said buyers could resell uncompleted Tierra Verde flats as the Government had lifted its ban on the practice.
