Psychiatric patient found dead

POLICE are investigating the death of Cheung Hung-to, 60, whose body was found on a sofa in his 14th-floor Peony House flat in So Uk Estate, Cheung Sha Wan. He had a minor bruise on his chest but no other external wound and there was no sign of struggling or ransacking. Cheung was a psychiatric patient and lived alone.
