Worms 2 For PC CD ROMs The worms are back - bigger, zanier and with even more personality.

  If you love war games and bizarre weapons, Worms 2 should appeal.

   Worms 2 is a strategy game where between two and six teams battle it out over fascinating landscapes.

   Take your revenge on the marauding enemy with an astonishing array of wild and wacky weapons.

 The catch is some of these weapons are in limited supply, so you will have to use strategy to achieve your goal.

 Worms die when they lose their energy or drown in the sea.

   The winning team is the one which manages to survive the mayhem and has the only worms left standing, or should that be crawling?   The game can be played in many ways; you can opt for wanton destruction or play it safe.

   You can also hide the worms away and play a very defensive game.

 The simulation supports most 3-D accelerators and attention to special effects is impressive.

  In addition to the time limit for each turn, you can use the Sudden Death feature.

   In Sudden Death, all worms have their energy reduced to one unit, meaning the slightest hit will make that vital kill and edge your team towards victory.

  There are a number of options, including having the water level gradually rise and making high territory even more strategic.

   Your devastating battles can be replayed to catch the most exciting moments of success or failure.

  Graphics are good all-round and the game achieves a standard frame rate with good landscape features.

   You will soon be addicted to the game, with its new animation and a game style you can decide yourself by adapting weapons and creating new landscapes.

  Multi-player capability allows you to play in a group of 18 via the Internet or a local area network.

   You can also chat with other players and learn their strategies.

    The game runs on a PC with a Pentium 133, Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 operating system. You will also need DirectX 5.0, 8 x CD- ROM Drive, 32 MB of RAM, a 4 MB video card and 100 MB of hard-disk space.

  MEGAHINT: To increase your chances of destroying the enemy worms, choose from a range of powerful weapons such as the bazooka, cluster bomb, banana bomb or dragon ball.

   They can give you an unexpected win over your opponent.

  MEGAHINT: Use Sudden Death mode to make the battle more exciting by introducing different strategies and weapons.
