Airbus drivers and supervisors say they have no toilets or rest areas at the airport's transport centre.
Citybus said it would install temporary facilities to compensate for the 'inadequate' airport terminus.
'Our supervisory staff have to sit at a desk in the open,' managing director Lyndon Rees said. 'It is also not right that in this heat our drivers have nowhere to rest, so we are going to solve this by ourselves.' KMB said it was awaiting allocation of land from the Airport Authority so a canteen could be built for staff of its Long Win subsidiary.
A KMB spokesman said the canteen might not be ready until mid-August.
An authority spokesman said commercial agreements between the authority and bus companies were being finalised.
