A student from Hong Kong has achieved top honours at a school in Britain. Stephen Wong Sze-shing received academic acclaim as valedictorian of the class of 1998 at the annual graduation ceremony of the TASIS England American School. Sze-shing, 18, left Hong Kong and moved with his parents to Lagos, Nigeria, where he attended the American International School. Three years ago he was accepted by TASIS England in Surrey to prepare for entrance to a university of his choice in the United States. Sze-shing proved an exceptional mathematics and science student during his time at the school, as well as being a leading all-round academic achiever and was inducted into the Cum Laude Society in 1997.
