Singapore company WBL Corp has entered into two joint-venture agreements in the mainland. WBL is to form an aquatechnology products company with its 77 per cent owned subsidiary, Suzhou Future Agriworld. Meanwhile, WBL said it had signed a joint-venture agreement with Tongcheng City Forestry Development to cultivate and process ginkgo biloba trees.
