THE Ideal Home Expo and its counterpart in the electrical field, the Electrical Home Appliances Expo, are notable for the innovative products they will introduce.
Among them are the Inaba moveable house and storage cabinet which is designed for outdoor application. All panels are of sandwich construction with foam infill and two epoxy resin-coated metal skins.
The units are available in a variety of sizes and are also suitable for commercial uses such as garages, kiosks, information centres and offices.
The expo features everything from moveable houses to the PSAT-90, the smallest dish antenna available on the local market for the reception of AsiaSat television programmes. This can be seen on the Antech Development stand.
There will be three types of water purifiers at the home exhibition. One is an ultra-violet purifier which incorporates a safety control system to automatically cut off water flow if the water is not pure.
There is a mineral bar, a pen-shaped purifier which filters impurities when the water is stirred. There is also a portable travel water purifier.
For video buffs, at the Sharp Roxy booth, the Sharp Viewcam features a full-colour mini-screen for instant playback.
