THERE are too many hawkers in the Yau Ma Tei area.

  It is so crowded that it can take more than 10 minutes to pass through the melee.

  I am sure most of them don't have a licence and I have seen some selling Category III video tapes, which I understood had been banned.

  I suggest the police go to the area and check out these hawkers.
