Favourite book: Leadership Engine by Noel Tichy, a book which offers simple yet true concepts on managing leadership, which has been the most inspiring advice I've yet read. I also like biographies of successful business people.

Magazine: Muscle And Fitness, a monthly American magazine about the latest fitness trends, training equipment and Arnies of this world.

Film: I prefer action movies with a lot of stunts and special effects but I would watch an art-house film as long as it's entertaining. I watch movies for pure entertainment - I'm rather shallow in that sense.

CD: Anything by Laura Fygi or Michael Crawford, I like mellow songs and I love their voices.

Car: My Porsche 911 for its power, agility and superb handling. And it's quite proportional to my small frame.

Place to take a guest in Hong Kong: The roof of an old building on the Peak. I used to take friends there at night for a breathtaking panaromic view of Hong Kong that beats Cafe Deco's. I don't have permission to go in and the gate has recently been locked - probably because of me.

Method of keeping fit: Vigorous and strenuous exercise, particularly weight-lifting, which requires solid mental dedication and determination - without that you can't move on to another level. I also love tennis and boxing.

Way to spend a Sunday: Wake up between 10.30 am and 11.30 am (unless I've partied too hard the night before), sunbathe on my roof-top, then lunch with friends. Play sport in the afternoon and perhaps watch a movie before rounding off the evening with a good dinner.

Holiday destination: Once a year I go to Hayman Island on Australia's Great Barrier Reef, where there is sun and sea but not many people.

Scent: Party Blend by Jurlique, an aromatic citrus spray which also refreshes and moisturises the skin.

Cosmetic/beauty product I don't wear make-up but I do use two beauty products my mother introduced me to: Bumble & Bumble leave-in conditioner, which keeps my hair smooth and shiny without hardening it, and a non-sticky, citrus body lotion by Italian skincare line Melitta Bournstein.

Accessory: A gold Parker pen recently passed on to me by my father, who bought it with the prize money he won for coming first in an Australian certified accountants exam. He used it for more than 30 years.

Hairdresser: My hair grows in all directions and only two guys - Ricky of Le Salon and another who is now in Boston - can cut it properly.

Meal: I love food, that's why I work out so much. Sushi, foie gras and steamed fish are my favourites, and I love my mum's home-cooked Italian meals.

Restaurant: Milan's Paper Moon for pizza, Sydney's Blue Angel for lobster sashimi, Paris' Volpaire for foie gras and Hong Kong's Victoria Seafood for dim sum - I choose restaurants for their food not their decor.

Alcoholic drink: Red wine from the late '70s and early '80s (especially Chateau Latour) - anything older is too expensive. I also like whisky and soda.

Shop: Any huge sports shop and Jil Sander.

Artist: Jack Nicholson whose acting artistry I appreciate very much.

Designer: Jil Sander. I love her clothes as well as her personality - she's very focused.

Person: My parents. I know it sounds corny but I really do love them for being nice, genuine and unsnobbish people. There is a lot to learn from them.
