I had never imagined the seashore to be so lovely. Surrounded by peaceful scenery, all your worries seemed to vanish.

  One night I was sitting on the beach, looking at the mysterious sky sparkling with myriad stars.

  I thought this was a good opportunity to reflect on my life and what I was going to do in the future.

  Despite obstacles, I should have the courage to attain my goals.

    How time flies! I'm no longer a child - I'm 17 years old.

 What will my future be? Bright or dull?    Honestly, I have two dreams - one is to obtain a university place and the other is to travel the world.

   I remember being told that if you see a falling star you can make a wish and it will come true.

  There is still a lot of hard work ahead and there will be many challenges awaiting me as I strive to achieve a certain standard.

    Of course it would be ideal if I can get into the faculty of my choice. Then plenty of revision will be required if I really want to make my dreams come true.

  The stars seemed to be smiling at me, as if they agreed with my plans for the future.

  I have been having these dreams ever since I was small.

 No matter how harsh the environment is, I will try my best to treasure my life.

   I would like to learn different languages which will be useful when I'm travelling around the world.

   Of course financial independence is one of the requirements.

  If I were to graduate from a local university, I would further my studies overseas.

   I suddenly noticed that I was dreaming.

   All I need to do now is to take action as soon as possible.

   I'm confident that I will be successful in my search for true happiness!  Che-lam is a student of Holm Glad College 



Dreaming on the seashore
