A MAN was charged with aiding and abetting illegal immigrants after he was handed back to Hongkong police by the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau yesterday. The 38-year-old suspect was also charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition. He had fled to China after an illegal immigrant was arrested in Lau Fau Shan in May last year.
