ScanJet 6200C

Hewlett-Packard claims its ScanJet 6200C Professional series of scanners produces results four times faster than competitors. PrecisionScan Pro software automatically recognises and optimises multiple image types and scanned imaged can be drag-and-dropped into any applications. It includes a 35 mm slide adapter and has 1200 dpi, 36-bit colour resolution. The 6200C costs $3,188, while the 6250C, which adds an optional automatic document feeder, which can handle up to legal-sized paper and scan 25 pages at a time, costs $3,788.
