The Hong Kong Housing Authority will invite bids over the next few months for the construction of 23,267 flats worth more than $7.2 billion. Of the 23 projects on offer, 13 have not been previously announced. The new schemes call for the erection of 10,796 flats worth nearly $3.5 billion. The largest of the new projects involves building 2,000 flats in five 41-storey blocks as phase two of the Tsz Man estate in Diamond Hill. Tenders for this project open in December.
