HYATT International will manage two new luxury properties in Israel - the Hyatt Tel Aviv and Hyatt Regency Dead Sea.

  The hotels are currently under construction and are scheduled to open within the next three years.

  The 22-storey Hyatt Tel Aviv will be located on one of the city's most popular beach fronts.

  The hotel is part of a mixed-use development which includes 350 rooms and suites and 150 luxury apartments.

  Its conference and banquet facilities will be the largest in the city.

  The Hyatt Regency Dead Sea will be a deluxe health spa and resort comprising 350 rooms and suites.

   It will be the first international chain resort and is scheduled to open in 1995.

  Mineral and sulphur baths, mud treatments, hydrotherapy, massage and physiotherapy will be available under the supervision of dermatologists and spa personnel.

  Meanwhile, the management company also clinched a contract to manage a deluxe hotel which is being completed on a golf and sports resort named La Manga Club in Spain.
