I AM very dissatisfied with the poor working attitude of staff at the Hongkong Sports Institute. On April 6, my friend lost her wallet in the institute complex. When we realized that her wallet had disappeared, we naturally sought a security guard for help. How wrong we were. The security guard not only did not care about the loss of the wallet, but also scolded my friend for being careless. I thought this behaviour on the part of the guard was inappropriate. I hope that the management at the institute will pay greater care to educating their staff on the proper way of communicating with members of the public. APRIL YAU Fanling
