SCMP Reporter

Two amateur divers swimming off Lung Ha Wan, Sai Kung spotted a half-submerged body last night. The body was recovered and an identity card with the name of Lam Lai-yung, 59, was in a waistbag he was carrying.

 Police found an injury to the back of the head.
