United Parcel Service is introducing UPS OnLine Envoy software to make it easier for customers to ship and track packages.
The software, the first mass-distributed shipping software for UPS customers outside the United States, will ease the burden of manually completing waybills.
UPS vice-president of international marketing, Ted Gradolf said the software made using UPS easy.
The software, offered in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, introduces new ways to manage shipping and simplifies shipping by guiding the customer through the process with graphics.
When a user keys in a destination country, the software brings up service options to that country.
And when the shipment is ready, professional labels are produced by the software. Documentation also is prepared faster.
