Thelma and Louise star Geena Davis is to marry her personal trainer, a year after she dumped director husband Renny Harlin for fathering a love child with her personal assistant.

 Davis, 41, has been dating Keith Cubba since February.

 'We are definitely a couple,' said 38-year-old Cubba.

 'Everybody knows we're sweethearts.'  It will be marriage number four for the actress.
