Faulty clocks

Clocks are displayed at many public places in Hong Kong, in buildings, at bus-stops, and sometimes they are used as a form of advertising.

They are only useful for telling the time, if they are telling the right time.

So often the clocks that I see are not working or are displaying the wrong time.

The clocks on top of the Star Ferry car park in Central have not been working for a long time.

I appeal to whoever is responsible for these clocks to fix them as soon as possible.
