Energy saver

I live in Tseung Kwan O.

Every morning around seven, as I drive through the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel to Kowloon, I notice that the street lights along the road are still on.

I suggest that whoever is responsible for the management of these lights, switches them off at an earlier time, in order to save energy.
