A jilted boyfriend forced his lover back to bed by threatening to display nude photographs of her in public, a court heard yesterday.

  The defendant repeatedly uttered similar threats to force the girl, 17, to sleep with him, the prosecution alleged.

  The District Court was told he said: 'Even though I could not get your heart, I had to get your body.'  The man denied one charge of procurement by threats.

  Prosecutor Edward Laskey said the lovers met in a pub in January and soon developed an intimate relationship. But in May their relationship turned sour and the girl wanted to break up.

  The girl told the court the 24-year-old defendant was 'agitated' and had tried different ways to reunite with her but failed.

  On May 25, the defendant, an amateur photographer, allegedly told her over the phone that he had secretly taken six video tapes and nude photographs of her while they were having sex.

  She was asked to go to his home in Mongkok the next day where he threatened to display the videos and pictures in public if she did not stay behind, the court heard.

  'I must do something to please him and make him happy,' she said. 'If not, he would make the videos and photographs public.'   She was forced to have sex with him twice that night, in the hope the defendant would hand the videos and photographs to her, the court heard.

  After she left the premises, she went back to her office, where the defendant rang her up and similar threats were uttered, the court heard.

  On May 28, the girl was asked to meet the defendant at a cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui, where he was said to have threatened to fax the nude photographs to her workplace.

  The girl left and made a report to the police that day.
