TWO Russian-made grenades were discovered at the Kingsway Hotel Casino early yesterday. Police searched the hotel after a telephone warning that bombs had been planted there. One hand grenade was found in a rubbish bin in the men's toilet in the hotel's casino, while another was found outside a shop on the hotel's first floor. Police questioned 18 people at the casino, but they were later released. TWO armed men escaped on a motorcycle with $730,000 after robbing a Macau bank yesterday. The pair entered the Estrada Maginal do Hipodromo branch of the Banco Nacional Ultramarino (BNU) before lunch. Despite police road blocks set up in Macau, Taipa and Coloane, the men remained at large last night.
