A man who made 16 nuisance telephone calls to a woman he blamed for persuading his wife to keep all their money when they split up was bound over by Eastern Court yesterday.
Lo Kam-fu, 58, plagued the victim with silent calls for two weeks last month, magistrate Garry Tallentire was told.
The woman complained she had received similar calls after November 1997, all between 11pm and 8am.

She did not report the matter to the police until October this year and the 16 calls which followed were traced to Lo. He was arrested on November 9.
Lo admitted calling the woman because he was angry that she had induced his ex-wife to withhold all their money and business assets. He was bound over in the sum of $1,000 for 12 months.
