A GROUP of women marched on Wan Chai police headquarters yesterday, urging Commissioner Mr Li Kwan-ha to offer a reward for the arrest of the serial rapist-murderer terrorising Tuen Mun. Organisers of the protest say they will petition the Governor if their demands for increased security are ignored.
