The horse-racing fraternity turned out in full force at the Racehorse Owners' Association annual dinner at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Association president K. K. Yeung made a welcoming speech at the dinner, which also celebrated the body's 20th anniversary. A highlight of the night was the presentation of the HKROA Award, which is given to the owner of the horse that displayed the best consistency during the past racing season. This year's award went to Hui Chun-keung, owner of Billion Win. A quiz and a 10-course dinner followed.
