Four directors and an employee of a maintenance company and a Highways Deparment clerical officer were held by the ICAC over an alleged $30 million bank loan fraud.

The Highways Department clerk was allegedly receiving bribes in return for copies of unauthorised payment vouchers to the contractor's employee. The company was then allegedly applying for short-term bank loans. All six were released on bail.
