IT seems someone at TVB has neglected to tell Miss Hongkong Emily Lo Suk-yee that she has been slotted for a part in Hacken Lee's music special because Lo has denied any knowledge of it.
Asked if she felt unhappy about the arrangement, Lo said: ''It doesn't matter since TVB has already made the arrangments, but the programme has to be finishd within the coming two weeks as I have to go to Mexico on April 26 for the Miss Universe Contest.'' Fans of Jacky Cheung Hok-yau are in for a shock! The super-idol is sporting a frightful-looking hairstyle for a role on the big screen.
Cheung will be playing the role of a futuristic police constable in the big screen adaptation of the popular video game, Street Fighter and will be sporting a hairdo that has his hair standing on ends. When he is unhappy, however, all his hair will droopsuddenly.
During the Easter holidays, Andy Lau Tak-wah received many presents from his fans. Of all the presents, there was a very special one that made him especially happy. It was a box comprising 12 video cassettes.
''I can see my previous performances in all the past TV episodes and special programmes produced from 1988 until now, in the segments edited by one of my fans,'' Lau said.
''It is a very valuable and meaningful present.'' High heels seem to be Faye Wong's favourite. Every time she makes an appearance, she wears very high heels which make her look much taller than even most of the men in town.
