If you pay with the American Express Card, there is a choice of two of the above options.
Arrivals lounge Air Canada has opened an arrivals lounge in Vancouver which offers long-haul business travellers the opportunity to freshen up. It is equipped with six private showers and bathrooms and has valet services for clothes-pressing and shoe-cleaning.
Killing season While efforts are being made to increase wildlife in southern Africa by converting huge tracts of unviable former cattle-grazing land into private game reserves, some landowners are still promoting 'killing fields'. Rail pass A new pass for train travel in Europe, aimed at families and small groups, will be available next year. This Europass Saverpass will give a discount of 15 per cent a person off other Europasses to groups of two to five people travelling together.
