Wocom Holdings managing director and Wing On International Holdings director Bill Kwok was elected chairman of the Hong Kong Securities Institute to replace Edgar Cheng, who will retire from the board early next year when he joins government think-tank the Central Policy Unit. Four new directors were appointed.
