Customs officers impounded a Chinese trading vessel, a container and a tractor and arrested four men in connection with the seizure of 10,000 litres of smuggled diesel oil worth $130,000 in Cheung Sha Wan.

 Officers found the vessel berthing at Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale Vegetable Market pier and allegedly saw a man pumping oil from the vessel to the container.
