EXCHANGE Square suits have taken to the communal long table and bench concept just like London's best and brightest took to the Wagamama noodle bar when it first opened in London. Eating Plus, on top of the Hong Kong Station, offers simple, unpretentious bowls of noodles and risotto to eat, and fresh fruit and vegetable juice to drink. The inside is sleek and modern, inspired by Wagamama in Britain and Republic in New York. The menu includes an American breakfast for $28, a set lunch (noodles, appetiser and fresh juice) for $85, a tea set for $18 to $28, side dishes for $25 to $28, and main courses for $50 to $65. Fresh juices are $25 for a tall glass. Highlights of the menu are spicy chicken ramen in broth, fried crab meat spring roll and cod fish risotto. Eating Plus, which is part of the Maxim's group, is open every day, including Sundays, from 8am to 10pm. Reservations for dinner only on 2868-0599.
