Further fare discounts on the Airport Express have been ruled out.

The Mass Transit Railway Corporation dismissed the option yesterday as it launched an initiative to raise passenger numbers.
It already has said the 30 per cent fare discount on the line will remain until the end of next year.
Fares to the airport will stay at $70 from Hong Kong, $60 from Kowloon and $40 from Tsing Yi, with the day-return trip free.
In its latest attempt to attract more passengers, the corporation has teamed up with Star Alliance, a group of eight major airlines.

Under the agreement, alliance customers will be provided with round-trip rail tickets, which are valid for a month, as part of their total travel package.
